| Beginning December 13, 2005 we have changed our support system format. From now on you do not need to use email in order to contact us.
Simply create a new support ticket online. Every ticket is given an unique number and assigned to an appropriate queue for someone to handle. As tasks are picked up and completed, the system logs a history of who has worked on the problem, how the problem was solved and allows users to comment on their solutions and or make future suggestions.

| Basic plan updates. Basic+ plan introduction. |
| Plan "Basic+" is type of account that allows viewing all the dog related information in the database without limits. In other words, a Basic user can see only limited versions of dog's profiles but Basic+ user can access any information, provided by publisher.
Beginning from January 15 Basic plan has a few modifications:
- front photo is displayed to all visitors;
- additional photos are displayed to Basic+, Gold and Platinum members or by Gold and Platinum members;
- champion titles (countries champion), interchampion title and world champion titles are displayed to all visitors;
- other titles are displayed to Basic+, Gold and Platinum members or by Gold and Platinum members; |

| “Latest news control” has been released |
| Now Gold members can subscribe to “Latest news control”. It allows them to receive notifications about new dogs in the database (with ability to specify breeds) , new puppy advertisements, new possible ancestors of their dogs. They also can receive global statistics directly to their email account (subscription settings located in My Settings section of you cabinet).
Individual subscription is coming soon

| New section: Health tests |
| Health tests results for dysphasia, eyes, heart, ears and etc. were moved to a separate section. It is necessary for new sort and search features that we will introduce very soon. These test results were removed from show titles. |

| Links in a test mode (Gold) |
| Gold members can try our search engine in Links section. It works in a test mode right now and you can search only through 5% of links that we have. All these links are taken from dog's records. Thus if you have a website and you placed information about your dog in Dogterminal.com your website will be indexed for search by Dogterminal.com. |

This information is available in the Statistics section of dogs' profiles. As usual, since this is a new feature it is available to all our members and visitors during this week. |

| Expert's descriptions of dogs in dogs' profiles |
| There is a new feature available to our members. Now you can add text description of your dog by dog experts from dog shows (in any number of languages) and even upload an image of such description (see My dogs->Dog->Experts' descriptions in you cabinet).
This information will be displayed to all visitors of Dogterminal.com site if a dog is on a Gold account. It also will be displayed to all Gold members in all dogs' profiles. |

| From now and on, there is a link from your dog's profile to your photo albums on Dogterminal.com. More people are going to enjoy your beautiful photos and it is much easier for them to find a gallery that they are looking for.
This link is displayed in profiles, created by Gold members and it also available in every profile for Gold members (if there are such albums, of course).

| Plan Gold provides you with extended visibility |
| Gold members can provide visitors with more information about their dogs as well as they have access to extended version of information provided by other members.
For instance, if a Basic member has uploaded 10 photos of his or her dog then Gold member has access to all of these 10 photos, not only 4 as it is available for regular visitors. This principle is true for all Dogterminal.com sections of the site. In other words, Gold members can get as much information as they can publish. |

| Text describtion for every dog! |
| We have successfully added a new feature called "Text". It allows you to provide visitors with any information that you believe visitors should know about your dog but which cannot be submited using any other forms. You can provide this information in any or even all known languages.
We should warn you that it is a bad idea to specify your email address in this text description section. If you do you become an easy victim of numerous spammers who collect such emails to send viruses and spam. Our visitors can always get in touch with you through Dogterminal's easy-to-use contact forms. Please be careful publishing your personal information.
